What is Zumba?

Zumba is a dance-fitness class that combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach.

A modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.

Classes last about 60 minutes and include a warm-up, aerobic, interval, and resistance training and a cool-down. Each class is designed to provide a full-body workout that feels more like a party than an exercise session.

No! Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning fitness party designed for everybody and every body.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring indoor workout shoes with good support, a water bottle, and positive energy!

Yes. The 10 Class Passes are valid for 90 days from the first class start date.

Our Zumba classes are a high-energy workout designed for adults. The minimum age requirement for participation is 16 and both the parent and child must sign the liability waiver. Children under the age of 16 are welcomed to watch from the side.

Yes!

At the Cranley Place location, parking is free and is located in front of the hall which can be accessed through the gate. Please note, in the event that the gate is closed it can be opened by lifting off the band that is attached to the closed gate (for early arrivals).

At the Ocean Park location, parking is free and is located on the South side of the hall. Please DO NOT park in the business centre as this is for customers of the sushi restaurant and the insurance business. 

At the New West location (Freedom Church), parking is free and is located in the lot behind the church. You may also find free 2 hour parking on Eighth Street.
